Sizing Responsibility

Please ensure sizing is accurate as we are not liable for incorrect sizing. We understand sizing can be difficult which is why we offer sizing kits. Please visit our Size Guide page for more information on nail sizing.

Order Processing

We will start processing orders as soon as they are received with a completion timeline of 4-7 days. This means you should expect your order to ship within 7 days. If you order 4 or more sets, we will do our best to meet our standard 7 day processing time but large orders may require an additional 5 days to process. 

Shipping Issues

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for postal delays, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double check your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations

Each set of press-on nails is custom and handcrafted with care just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products and hygiene reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please double-check nail sizes, shape and length selections, and design choices before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require clear photos of the damage/incorrrect item for review and work with you to find a solution.
